Rated 5 out of 5 by from So cute and efficient! I got this for Christmas and never had any interest in diffusers. Now, I absolutely love it. I broke my ceramic portion and Ellia was nice enough to replace it. I use it so much! I love the changing led lights and the option to use less. I love that I can pick an led color if I want. I also love that it times out if it’s forgotten overnight. Thank you Ellia for being an awesome company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1 use item for 50 bucks. We bought this just yesterday at Costco. It worked once. It took a couple of minutes for it to start up but once it did it was fine. I went to turn it off the next morning and I couldn't. I had to unplug it as the buttons stopped working. After reading troubleshooting and messing with it for a while I can say it's totally dead. 1 use. When it did work though it was beautiful. It smelled fine and the lights worked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty..... However, I'm curious as to why it is that I do not smell anything,... I tried all the sample oils that came with this diffuser and have it set in a central part of the house. I even tried another oil that my Mom had used in her diffuser and can't smell it either. I don't believe it's the olfactory issue because these scents were new to me. I started with adding a few drops and added as much as 10. Other than that, it operates as it should, I just wish I could smell that it is working.

Wen the diffuser is out of water is it normal if the lights station on?

Yes, this is normal. The light and mist functions run independently of each other, and only the mist automatically turns off when the unit runs out of water.

Will this diffuser shut off on its own when water runs out or does it have the potential to overheat and be a fire hazard if not shut off manually

The mist function will turn off automatically when the unit runs out of water. The light function will stay on until you turn it off.

I just received this diffuser and was only able to get it to come on once. Any suggestion on what I might be doing wrong?

Mineral buildup (or occasionally dust from the manufacturing/packing process) may be interfering with the operation of the unit. It can be cleaned with a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar. Use the solution to rinse out the reservoir and plastic lid, and use a soft bristled brush on the ultrasonic membrane to avoid damaging it.
