Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic diffuser! I purchased 3 of these and they’re really great! I was lucky to find them at Marshall’s for $49 brand new. The colors are beautiful and we get a good amount of diffused scent using approximately 7-8 drops of oil. The Ellia smartphone app is absolutely horrible. Once they get it updated, it will be an awesome tool for this diffuser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great!!! I’m not sure where the negative comments are coming from. I understand we all have opinions, but I’m not experiencing any of the bad that I see. I sleep better than before using this diffuser. It works great and the remote works great. I let it run all night (about 10-12 hours total), and it still had about 1/3 to 1/2 of the water in there. Now, that was the mode that disperses it periodically, but still I had another 10-12 hours left based on the water that was left in there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and Poor Quality inaccurate description I bought this product in Bath & Bath, the remote only works for the light, not the mist, the instruction is in blue and the paper is in blue, how are you suppose to read that, its work for a little and stops , I have 2 other difssure at home , this one is expensive and real junk

It's not accurate you do not get 10 hours of constant diffusion process you're lucky if it obtains 7 hours. I am happy about the appearance and look have received several compliments about it just wish it was more accurate in regards how much time you got per fill up

The purple cover to the Enchant is glass. The reservoir for the water/oil is largely plastic.

Can u turn the music off? Lights? While it's on? Buttons on base or remote only? Ty

Yes. You can press the music button on the remote to cycle through sounds. To turn the music off, hold the music button for a second. Pressing the light button once will start the diffuser cycling through different colors. Pressing the button a second time will stop the light on the current color. Pressing the light button a third time will turn the light back off. There is a power button underneath the unit which needs to be pressed before the individual functions (mist, light, and music) can be used. Other than the power button, all buttons are on the remote. You can also use the Ellia app to control the unit.

Am I supposed to see the mist coming out?

Yes, although you may need to view it from the right angle to notice. If you place something dark behind the diffuser, it can help the mist stand out more. Also, mineral buildup (or occasionally dust from the manufacturing/packing process) may be interfering with the operation of the unit. It can be cleaned with a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar. Use the solution to rinse out the reservoir and plastic lid, and use a soft bristled brush on the ultrasonic membrane to avoid damaging it.
