Rated 3 out of 5 by from Uncertain! Received for Birthday. The oils or scents were 1/2 in each of the included bottle. There was not info regarding the plug in. Only usb cord not plug for wall. I agree with many had to go online to learn how to operate. Cant read what info. is available too small. In addition not clear as to the operation what the colors mean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No manual I received this for my birthday and I love it but it didn’t come with an instruction manual so I have no clue what the difference between the two settings is which is the most frustrating part! and since I had never used a diffuser before I had to look up the ratio of drops to add to the water basin.

Q & A

Only used the rejuvenate diffuser a couple times after receiving it as a gift. It's shuts off automatically. This is with plenty of water and battery life. There's also not much cleaning instruction, online or the "booklet" included. Does it come apart?

I purchased this diffuser yesterday. There are directions enclosed, but none speak to: (1) whether I need to take apart the diffuser to insert batteries; (2) how long I should charge the unit before unplugging it and using it in the shower.

1. The battery is built into the diffuser. You don't need to take it apart, 2. To fully recharge the unit takes about 7.5 hours.

Don’t know how to plug in usb cord to diffuser, does not fit.  Where do I look for instructions?  VERY CONFUSING  I have several diffusers but cannot figure this one out

This diffuser did not come with directions. How much water do I put in and how does the vapor escape? Is something suppose to be opened on the white cap?

There is no steam coming out of my diffuser I tried cleaning it with 50/50 water, vinegar and it’s still not creating steam. I’ve charged it completely also

Mineral buildup (or occasionally dust from the manufacturing/packing process) may be interfering with the operation of the unit. It can be cleaned with a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar. Use the solution to rinse out the reservoir and plastic lid, and use a soft bristled brush on the ultrasonic membrane to avoid damaging it.
