Q & A

The booklet states "this diffuser is intended for use with an Ellia 15mL glass essential oil bottle and Ellia wick." Can you use any other 15ml/ .5oz bottle of essential oil for this diffuser?

You may be able to use other oils, as long as they can fit into the diffuser. However, we have not tested other brands' oils, and cannot say with certainty whether any specific one can be used.

I have a couple questions about the Retreat Wall diffuser. - how does this work...I hear a motor going. Is there a fan? Or is it being heated?

There is a small fan inside the unit. It does not heat the oil.

I just bought this and the blue and green light doesn't stay on, is this normal ? if not it's disappointing !!!

The blue and green lights only turn on briefly to show if the fan is set to run continuously or intermittently. The unit does have a white LED which will remain on.

My diffuser wont stay plugged into the wall, I've tried multiple outlets and in everyone it begins to slowly slide out. Any suggestions?

I just bought this and plugged it in my bathroom and there is absolutely no scent. How is it supposed to work? I’m wondering if mine is defective..? It does light up and I hear a little motor running. I’ve done everything as instructed. Help!
